There are two log cabins, "Tchagra" and "Clapperlark" named after the birds who naturally inhabit the mountain. These two cabins both consist of twin beds in each, with basic bedding and towels. There is a luxury thatched lapa with well protected boma and braai area. The tin kitchen is equipped with a small gas fridge, double plate gas cooker, gas lamp as well as basic cutlery and crockery.

The bathroom boasts the highest flush toilet in the Waterberg, and then there is the unique open air shower, with a "donkey boiler" for hot water.
This camp was erected with great difficulty in 2000. As all the roads are 4x4 only. Every grain of sand, thatch, pole and plank were carted up and assembled on the site. With excellent scenery and walking trails, this is the ideal site for the adventurous camper, who wants to enjoy the beauty and splendour of nature.
